Newbridge Hospital

Wiltshire Archives hold the original lease documents for Newbridge Hospital that date from 1939. The hospital unit treated older patients for 50 years. The buildings were demolished in the early 1990s when all medical services in the town amalgamated and services transferred to the present-day Salisbury District Hospital site when it opened in 1992.
