Nurse hat activity

Before you start

Download the template and print out on A3 paper

You will need

• A3 white card or stiff paper
• Scissors
• Pencil
• Stapler
• Hair pin
• *optional – colouring pens or crayons

Instructions

1. Trace the template onto your card
2. Cut out the shape
3. Fold over the top edge following the fold line
4. Bend around the left side edge so the dots overlap
5. Whilst holding the side and middle bend the right side to meet the centre dot
6. Use a stapler to fasten together
7. Shape hat and fix to hair with a pin

Cut out the shape

Fold the top down

Fold the left side in

Fold the right side in

Staple at the back to hold together
